Hunderfossen Family park in Lillehammer is one of Norway’s most popular tourist attractions. Hunderfossen is located next to Gudbrandsdalslågen, 5 minutes away from Hafjell and Øyer and 15 minutes from Lillehammer.

There are many great outdoor experiences to be had in the area around Hunderfossen Camping. With Gudbrandsdalslågen as the closest “neighbor” and Øyerfjellet 15 minutes away, this is an Eldorado for those of you who love fishing. On the mountain there are miles of paths suited for hiking and biking in easy and fabulous mountain terrain.

2. Hafjell Bike Park/ Downhill Centre
Norway’s third biggest downhill facility with downhill slopes that fit all levels of experience and ages. In the summer months, Hafjell is the leading arena for terrain and downhill biking at all levels, from beginners to WC-athletes.

Just 15 minutes away from Hunderfossen Camping, you will find the charming city of Lillehammer. Strolling down the main street in Lillehammer, is an experience in itself. If you want to experience culture, Lillehammer can offer art museums, Maihaugen, the Olympic Museum and the home of Sigrid Undset, Bjerkebæk. Lillehammer is also the host to many national and international sports venues.

4. Hunderfossen Family Park
Located 500 meters from Hunderfossen Camping, you will find Norway’s fairytale park, with more than 60 exciting attractions for every age group. Every summer there are 300 000 guests visiting Hunderfossen Family Park.

5. The Children’s Farm, Hunderfossen
At the Children’s Farm, 400 meters from Hunderfossen Camping, you can experience hands on interactions with farm animals. Over 150 animals and about 30 different species are present at the Children’s Farm. This is the place if you love animals!
